Sweet orange: Works in many dishes in combination with lemon. It integrates well as a culinary ingredient, especially in desserts.
Edible essential oils can be used in soups and starters; in marinades, dressings and sauces; with red and white meats; with fish, rice and vegetables; in breads, cookies, cakes and desserts.
Essential oils are used in drops, usually one drop per hundred grams of product. They are powerful and concentrated and, if you exceed the doses, their intense aroma can make a dish unpleasant.
PRECAUTIONS FOR COOKING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS
• The flavor of the oils is very powerful and only one or two drops should be added to foods. Consider that 1 drop is equal to a teaspoon of crushed herbs or spices.
• To preserve its healing properties, it is recommended that it be added at the end of the cooking process.

It is recommended diluted in olive oil. to flavor salad dressings, marinades, pasta sauces, soups, meat and fish dishes, among others. It can also be used to make flavored oils for dipping bread or drizzling over roasted vegetables.
