Description

Used to introduce liquids, normally brines, inside the pieces or pieces of meat. It is also ideal for preparing cooked ham, cold cuts, marinated loin, among others.

-It has brine opening and closing control.
-Can operate at 110 or 220 V.
-With a sanitary-type stainless steel pump with a power of 1HP.
-With pressure gauge.
-Flow of 11,000 liters per hour.
-Pump pressure 2kg/2cm.
-Air cooled engine.
-It has start and stop control.
-55 x 55 cm brine container with lid and clamp connections for injector.
